Monitor the day-to-day delivery of the programs and services of the organization to maintain or improve quality and participation. Oversee the planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of special projects.Prepare and approve all contracts, MOUs and other binding agreements between the organization and school partners. Ensure programs are focused on results and use appropriate evaluation methods to regularly measure outcomes. Financial planning and management Work with staff and the Board (Finance Committee) to prepare a comprehensive budgetSupport Finance Committee quarterly meetings to review financial performance and answer questions Exercise good financial governance and management Ensure that sound accounting procedures are followed in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles Administer the funds of the organization according to the approved budget and monitor the monthly cash flow of the organization. Ensure that the organization complies with all legislation covering taxation and withholding payments. Participate in Pension Committee with oversight and fiduciary responsibility to the plan Oversight of IRS filings and ERISA compliance Operational planning and management Develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization. Ensure that the operation of the organization meets the expectations of its clients, Board and funders. Directly manage administrative functions, including finance and program operations. Work with broker to evaluate, select and monitor General Liability, Workers Comp and other business insurances. Oversight of annual audit. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OB/GYN / Womens Health CRNP to provide holistic care to high risk clients. This person will be responsible for the healthcare management and clinical services of women from puberty to menopause. This position will be based in Lackawanna County, however may be required to travel at times to our various centers in our Northeast Pennsylvania network. As a member of our healthcare team and under the supervision of the Medical Director, the clinician is responsible for providing direct patient care in the context of a comprehensive reproductive health visit, in accordance with MFHS standards and federal guidelines, in an efficient, sensitive and professional manner.
