Support talent management processes (PMP-Performance management processes, BSA-Bench strenght Analysis, TAP- Talent Action Plans)
Everyday Resources: Send EAP articles each quarter to the markets
Help process milestone/anniversary forms
Responsible for updating and compiling organization charts
Schedule conf calls/meetings/interviews for HRD
Sales Incentives, Awards and Recognition
Assist in the communication of sales incentives to the retail teams
Responsible for Diamond Team Communications and winners
Support the Americas Celebration and Recognition (C&A) program
HR Reporting and Analysis
Run Peoplesoft Reports and queries
Assist with Peoplesoft clean ups
Use Perceptyx to send onboarding and exit surveys
Support VP - Latin America
Manage calendar and meetings
Coordinate travel and hotel reservations
Manage expense processing in Expense Visor
Order office Supplies, utensils, food, etc
Manage relation with office vendors (parking, building management,
